These experiences — events that are so painful they fundamentally change the trajectory of our lives — are hard to avoid. It is important to understand what they are and how to prepare for them if and when you experience a crucible moment. Please see the resources below to better understand what a Crucible Moment is and how to move forward from one.
Your score is comprised of three areas, each building on the one preceding it, and each representing part of the refining cycle:
1. Discover how you are designed.
2. Cast a vision in line with your purpose.
3. Make your vision a reality.
It is possible to have a low score in multiple areas. If this is the case, our recommendation is that you start in the first area you received a low score in so you can develop a solid foundation to build upon.
You are a doer and comfortable with taking action. You may be living on autopilot and feel you are satisfied with the life you are currently living. Though you enjoy getting things done, you may not be on the path of your true purpose, your calling, or what is in alignment with who you really are and what you were born to do. We may have other people, friends, and family, who impact our direction. You may feel unfulfilled, like the effort you put forth does not align with what your soul is called to do.
It’s time to uncover your Design. If you want to live a life of significance rather than just busyness, take the first step to understand how you are designed. Your results may be different than the “doing” you’ve been executing, so stay open to changing course.
Once you understand how you are wired, you will be able to build from it, to cast a vision in line with who you are, and bring it to reality to lead a life of significance. You can start with a personality test to see, at a high level, how you are wired.
You can experiment with a few different avenues that speak to you to see what you feel best doing and what comes most naturally. Ask family and friends about what they might envision you best doing. Reflect on your successes and failures — what parts of your person contributed to each? Once you have a clearer understanding of who you are and how you are wired, you can take the next step and crystallize your Vision to bring to Reality, in line with who you are.
Even if you scored high in some areas, take some time to reflect on them. Ask yourself how you can improve and come even closer to fulfilling your purpose.
Here are some resources to help you delve deeper into your results and move toward a life of significance.
